Pricing includes the butcher's cut & wrap services. We pick your share up from our butcher, inventory to ensure all is right, and provide and free delivery to the greater Seattle and Bellingham area. Whole Hog - custom package

$6.50/lb hanging weight. Average hanging weight for full hog is 200-225 lbs. Price includes butchers fee for cut & wrap service and delivery to your doorstep. Final bill will reflect actual hanging weight which can differ slightly with each animal. 

This package is a whole hog: processed into cuts, packaged and frozen. Your take home cost is estimated at $1,140 for predicted 160 pounds of packaged pork. Deposit is $400. Freezer space needed: roughly four cubic feet. Indicate desired delivery time and custom cutting instructions on form at checkout.

$6.75/lb hanging weight. Average hanging weight 100 lbs. Price includes butchers fee for cut & wrap service, and delivery to your doorstep. Final bill will reflect actual hanging weight, which can differ slightly with each animal. Balance due upon delivery.

This share is a half hog: processed, cut, packaged and frozen. Your take home cost is estimated at $650 for predicted 75-100 pounds of packaged pork. Deposit is $200. Freezer space needed: roughly two cubic feet. Indicate desired delivery time and custom cutting instructions on farm at checkout.

Purchase a whole or half carcass without butchering services. Great option for those interested in butchering at home. Place deposit now for delivery starting late April or early May 2019.

For the do-it-yourself home butcher. $400 down payment secures your purchase, while supplies last. $5.75/lb for hanging weight. Indicate desired delivery time on form at checkout.

Roaster pigs are available for events. Order a month or more ahead for fresh roasters – It takes a minimum of three weeks to get an order into our schedule plus processing time. There is also a limited number of slots each week so to guarantee a roaster for your event the earlier you reserve the better especially during the busy late spring, summer and fall seasons. Fresh pigs picked from the field will not likely be of exact weight. Butcher’s final hanging weight rules and maybe as much as 25% off of requested weight. 

Delivery free in Whatcom County. We will add $1.50 per mile delivery fee for any deliveries outside of Whatcom County, depending on availability. Roaster pigs need to hang in our cooler for at least one day and no more than seven days.

Small Roaster: 51 - 80 lbs: $5/lb

Medium Roaster: 81 - 120 lbs: $4/lb

Large Roaster: 121 - 150 lbs: $5/lb
